More tests done …

Hi, today I had to come to hospital once again and give a few more tests …

This post won’t be long. I just wanted to say that I gave my urine sample and it was fine. I also got my feet checked and they were fine. The nurse also said that my blood pressure (the upper “beat” being 130). A bit high but still OK. I will need to do more tests regarding my pressure. The whole thing took around 15 minutes. The nurse looked at my Fibre Lifestyle reading and said that I have done a huge progress since November. I also told her that I quit drinking alcohol completely for 3 weeks now.

So over the last 2 months or so, I actually lost 4 kilograms. It is amazing if you consider I am not really starving to lose weight. What I am doing is go to the gym (3+ times a week) and also run everyday (unless I dance). Of course, I make sure I have enough protein intake everyday (120-150 grams of protein) and also a bit less of calories than recommended. Based on my weight and how much I workout and exercise, I need about 3000 calorories, however, on days that I am exercising (pretty much every day), I aim to get 2,500 calories. On lazy days when I am not working out or exercising, I aim to get 1,800 – 1,900 calories. This is the whole secret to effortlessly lose weight – lots of exercising and proper nutrition. I have also noticed how my muscles are already growing. 6-pack will start showing up real soon!

Running is also amazing for my overall performance and fitness. Especially when dancing – more stamina and energy. I need to dance more to start sweating. Back in a day, I used to get all wet after 2 songs. Now I need to dance for 4 songs or so to start sweating. And it doesn’t mean that I will be wet all over my head. So more running – more sweating resistance.
